No, the subscription to the Shopify platform (Basic, Grow, or Advanced) is paid directly to Shopify via credit card or PayPal. Our packages refer exclusively to strategic consultancy, technical setup, and store design.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Certainly. Shopify is extremely flexible: you can switch between plans (upgrade or downgrade) with a simple click from your control panel. If you decide to switch to the annual plan later, you will benefit from a discount of approximately 25% on the monthly fee.
What are the "hidden costs" beyond the monthly subscription?
In addition to the fixed monthly fee, you need to consider transaction fees (Shopify Payments) and any costs for paid third-party apps. With our technical setup, we optimize the use of free or integrated apps to minimize your fixed monthly expenses.
Do I have to pay a percentage of sales to Shopify?
Yes, if you use Shopify Payments (the official gateway) you pay a fixed fee for each transaction, which decreases as you upgrade your plan (e.g., 2.1% on Basic, 1.6% on Advanced). If you use external gateways like PayPal, Shopify applies a small additional fee for service management.
